I recently saw a segment on 60 Minutes with the same title. In it they spoke of the "Havana Syndrome." As it turns out, U.S. diplomats, sometimes their families and U.S. agents have been getting target by some sort of nonlethal Russian secret weapon. My guess is that it is likely some sort of pulsed MASER. But the U.S. is too pussified to admit to it officially. Because then they might have to do something about it. Here is the video.
