You're foreign, so I'll cut you some slack for not knowing the state abbreviations. :yup:

Sorry, must have gone dyslexic there for a second, I could have sworn it said IL, or maybe it's my memory playing tricks on me:

But thanks for warning me. I might have got sent to the next state in an attempt to avoid you and wound up in Indiana.

Even North Carolina is cooler than Indiana.Hey, I have the utmost respect for a state that switches freakin' time zones just to avoid changing their clocks for Daylight Savings Time.

When I saw this thread, I initially thought it was a complaint thread about IIDB. Congratulations on your milestone. I am sure a handful of your posts were worth reading. :P

Okay...okay...

There is something here I'm not following.

ChuckF just recently got back from France. Right? He goes to Bloomingdale's in Indiana and four months later he's a doctor? How's that work?

And, I'm assuming that MD+I means doctorate with internship. Were you doing your internship in France? Or, are you doing it now?

I'm confused.

"Relax, I'm a doctor."

Well, you should visit the 'my sweet virgin ass' thread. I'm sure they'd appreciate a physician's point of view.

As a matter of fact "Relax, I'm a doctor" might help some get over their apprehensions.

I thought this thread was about Chuck trying to recapture the magic of one of my favorite quotes (http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/quotes.php?do=view&quoteid=1452).

Not any more, we don't. Screw you, Mitch Daniels.

Grats, Chuck, although I'm in the same boat as vm, in that I didn't even know you were in medical school.

ChuckF

It's cool, neither did I.

Just to be absolutely clear to anyone who may still be confused: I am not a doctor, though I occasionally play one at parties. I have never been to medical school, nor will I ever go. The MD refers to my post count, not any academic qualification. That said, if you want some liposuction or collagen injections, I'll totally do it for $1500.

At those parties...do you end up doing a lot of pap and pelvic exams?
