howdy.

I would like to request a smilie. I don't know if it exists, or what it would look like. Or if one does exist and I haven't made friends with it yet. Anywho. . .I wish for a pouncing kitty of terror--one that would go with the sound WWWWAAAAAHHH! Actually, less like pouncing and more like leaping on to wildebeast--the way fuzzy wuzzy kitty babies think they would look if they were after a wildebeast.

Or, if this sounds like nonsense that would entail fruitless searching. . .you could tell me how I might find this smilie of my own. I don't know where they come from, although I have a sneaking suspicion that the same gnomes that put pretty pictures where I'll see them also make smilies. In a factory of sorts. Why are gnomes always cartoons when they are animated in your mind? I just can't imagine a live action gnome.

Well, now I've changed subjects in my own post--so it is time for me to go and dry my hair and get ready for the day.

Adios,
wildy

Having made your request, very eloquently I thought, all you have to do is wait for Livius to search her sources and come up with one. At least, that's how it works for me. If nothing seems to happen (there's some theory about her sometimes being busy), it can help to use a threatening font.

If you want to hunt yourself, there are oodles of smilie/smiley sites out there but only Liv seems to know which are the goldmines and which are the landfills.

On gnomes: I like JK Rowling's description in the Harry Potter books: the real gnome is an unintelligent garden pest, rather like a potato with legs, and doesn't wear red jackets or fish or make anything useful.

I move in mysterious ways. Having said that, I shall move mysteriously towards the wildekitty and get back to you.

pouncing kitty of terror
Liv is being coy and mysterious, but she cannot resist this concept.
