Mine was from JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit. When the protagonist is talking to the dragon, Smaug, is shown the dragon's underside, which is armored with embedded gems. Out loud, he exclaims, "Dazzlingly marvelous! Perfect! Flawless! Staggering!" but seeing a weak spot, he thinks to himself, "Old fool! Mine was from JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit. When the protagonist is talking to the dragon, Smaug, is shown the dragon's underside, which is armored with embedded gems. Out loud, he exclaims, "Dazzlingly marvelous! Perfect! Flawless! Staggering!" but seeing a weak spot, he thinks to himself, "Old fool!
