THE average Australian woman is a size 16 and weighs 8kg heavier than her American counterpart, according to authoritive new international research.

Australian men are also 3kg heavier than American males, the joint study by the University of Adelaide and US researchers shows.Lighten up on the amber fluid and the snag, mate.

Yeah, that might be true, but I'm sure they'll find a way to blame the U.S. anyway. Besides, everyone but the Americans are fat but healthy, so the Americans are still the most evil.

Aren't there some rather stocky characteristics around there?)I don't think they had that problem until someone (probably British, French, or Dutch) introduced pigs to their islands. But, like the Pima Indians of Arizona, it really wasn't until high carb foods were introduced to them did a problem with weight and the associated health problems like diabetes start showing up.
