Unfortunately, I couldn't watch warrenly's Mr. Cooper link, which disappointed me as I was once a proud Mini owner. Apparently, I need an apple quicktime plug-in that is unavailable. Very sucky. :(


Edit: Change that. It worked all right in Internet Explorer, just not in Firefox. And it has nothing to do with Mini Coopers. Still kinda cool, though.

There was a guy at Anime Reactor in a transformer costume who could (with a little help) fold up into car mode... AND ACTUALLY ROLL ALONG THE FLOOR.

Mr. Cooper in my link is a not quite remote control robot linked to a computer by wires. It stops a Land Rover from crashing into a wall in the video much like an adult would stop a kid in a pedal car, one hand on the front bumper and the other on the roof. On the site, there are other videos of it tracking balls being shot out at different angles and tracking a light beam. But, since it's not an autonomous robot, and it doesn't actually transform from a Mini Cooper (it is made from Mini Cooper parts) is isn't exactly the same thing as the new dancing baby Citroen. But the Citroen made me think of it.

My car does that when I'm not around. I've never seen it, but it does. That's why I paid the extra $2000. Heh heh. Stupid Chrysler dealer. He got ripped off.
