Well, if the owner of the site the images were hotlinked from finds out that they were linked here, the forum will be contacted and possibly asked in a not-very-nice-way to take them down. Sometimes people are rather... passionate about this, and so can get overly reactive when people hotlink things (ie- turn into lameass flame wankers). I'm just trying to suggest we avoid anything like this before it happens.

That's why I suggest if you're going to link the images, you a) save them and put them on your own site/image hosting account, and b) give full credit to the original artist (if it's a created image, and you know who the artist is).
