I saw a part of an episode on some other show where they were discussing it. Are the parents really that incompetent that they can't even tell their kids "no?" Hell, pay me whatever they're paying this nanny and I'll go over and straighten 'em up.

The two families I've seen are basically yellers. A schedule, a couple of lists, a ball of string and a Jolly Rancher is pretty much all it takes to straighten them out.
