:yes!: Weeeell, we drive close to 6 hours down to Murpheysboro, to find out in the last few minutes I got Yoohoo all over my white shirt!

WALMART

I got a spiffy new shirt and some stuffs, and we went back to the college to wait for a few minutes.

I was kind of nervous, because I wasnt sure what kind of skill everyone else would have, but seeing some of the other things I'm not as worried. There were people of all skill levels, and some who were at higher skill levels were MUCH more frightened than I was!

My self portrait got a lot of hype, and I was told that they wished they could see more of my pencil work (damn leaving that still life at school!!! GAAAAH)

I also found it very funny that the only piece that no one gave a crap about was... my painting! My computer arts and pencil/ink were all looked at, though.


Sooo keep fingers crossed! I should find out in 4 weeks if Im accepted! :crossed:

I'm glad it went well, Gi-Ryuu! It sounded like an interesting event.
Was there any possibility of getting the additional pencil work to them later for consideration?

I think the Yoohoo-enhanced shirt would have been a interesting fashion statement.

And I dont think so, Pesci :/ They said that there would be no rescedules(sp?) for auditions. Im not too incredibly worried about it, though :) At least not at the moment. Give me a few hours of sleep, then see.

I wont find out for another 4 weeks, but the auditions were good.

I was trying out for a 5 week school over the summer.
