The Great Vine of England: All the Makings of a Marquee Plant (http://www.humanflowerproject.com/index.php)

Now that is a job I would love. Living in a palace and the keeper of the great vine. A 238 year old vine that still bears fruit. Although now it is pruned to reduce its yield, it produces 500-700 lbs. of sweet dessert grapes.

Wow!

Wow! I agree, it seems like it would be a dream job. Unless I had it. I would probably kill it.

I want to eat some of the grapes it produces.

Hey that vine has thrived how many years? I can't imagine you both would kill it straight up.

Yes I would love some grapes from that vine, mon. Did you follow the link to the 400 year old vine that they make wine from and sell every year? That would be awesome to see too and to buy a bottle to try.
