I ordered 6 new t-shirts from Old Navy online on sale for $5 each, but although I updated my billing info I neglected to update my shipping info. Worse, the order confirmation went to my former Yahoo! email acct, which I check infrequently. So by the time I noticed the mistake, UPS had already dropped the box off at my old house in Dallas. I called Old Navy and explained the situation, and they sent me a replacement shipment free of charge no questions asked.

OK. That is pretty danged good of them, but in the interests of fair and balanced coverage:
I bought some dungarees there yesterday, and got home to discover that the front pockets are all, like, aborted. They're really tiny, almost like they're ornamental or something. I can't put my hands in my pockets! I am suffering from mental anguish!

Are you sure they're not just stitched? Sometimes you have to cut pockets open 'cause they stitch them so they look flat when you're trying them on instead of all loose and gapey like they're going to look once you've unwittingly bought them.

I usually like Old Navy, but when I went in the local O.N. a couple weeks ago I was taken aback by the tremendously boring and lackluster selection of men's stuff...seems like the women's section has taken over the place. And the markdown section was total crapola too.
I still miss Poore Simon's...

Yup. It's the whole pocket.
I cannot even do that joke where you say "Would you rather kiss me or kiss a bunny between the ears?" and then you pull out your pockets so it looks like a bunny.

Old Navy doesn't have much in my size. I'm stuck with Omar the Tentmaker, I guess.

I love Old Navy for the vanity sizing. Like when I where a 14 in regular stores, I wear a 10 at Old Navy. Although the inaccurate vanity sizing makes me to afraid to buy from them online.

They might do that in women's sizes, but in men's a XXL is a XL anywhere else.

I'm stuck with Omar the Tentmaker, I guess.Omar makes darn fine tents, too. :yup:
I recently bought some zippered hoodie jackets from Omar's catalog instead of the women's version because the fabric is a stronger weave and weight, the seams are finished better, the zipper is superior hardware and I like the longer length. They cost about 30% less than from the women's catalogs, too.

My Gloria Vanderbilts were stitched, AND they're teensy!

Old Navy painters are my new pants of choice. I like the side pocket for the cell phone. They're not quite as functional as my cammy's were, but they look good and are comfortable, too.

Old Navy mens jeans tend to run a little big. I prefer the fit of Levi's 550.
They have a lot of nice shirts at Old Navy, though. They get run down pretty easily, but how much abuse do you expect a $5 shirt to take?
