Or at least there will be when they get delivered.
I've been busy car shopping this week. Mrs baldbantam is having a BMW 530d estate, and I've just bought a Merc CL 600 - that's a 5.5 litre V12 with 367 bhp. 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds. I dread to think what my fuel bill will be.
Alright, so I'm bragging. But I'm rather pleased with myself. :D

Well, I guess congratulations are in order.
Congratulations.
I, too, plan to own a Mercedes product some day:

I want one of those too, godfry. inland wave saw one in Tulsa yesterday. She thinks they'd be unsafe.

Anything that moves at that velocity is unsafe.
I understand it has been successfully crash tested. I stumbled across one, in the molded sheet metal, while in overnighting in Frankfurt, four years ago. I was so impressed, I took pix (in the gallery (http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/gallery/files/7/0/lilyellacar1.jpg)). I've since seen them tooling around the Victoria, British Columbia area, where they've been imported for a couple of years now. I won't be able to afford one until they're used, anyway. By that time, we'll have a much better idea of their limitations.
They take only half a parking space, and they can back into that.
Watser?

How do you say "Yeehaw!" in German? Or are der Deutsch too taciturn for expressions of joy such as that?
