Well Mia has been gone for about a week now. Though not forgotten, a new face has made an appearence in the household.
We went to the pound so that I could pick up a few community service hours (required for graduation), and we picked up a bit more.
Mom swore up and down that 'we couldn't take anyone home'....
But who could say no to this face? *see attachment*
She is an 8 week old or so heeler mix, one of four in the litter. Her and her brother were the only two left of the puppies, and mom couldnt put her down.
We named her Lieutenant because it sounds cool, we have lots of family and friends in the military, and because she could command anything with that little whine of hers.
In other news we are also looking for another house to move into. This is going along with lots of other divorce and what-not bullshit for my mom, so wish her (and us) lots of luck.
