I've been amused by California Tanker's sig:

"A man only needs two tools in life. WD-40 and duct tape. If it moves and it shouldn't, use the duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40."

Then, one day, it struck me.

What happens if you use WD-40 on duct tape? What prevails?

It's the immovable object meets the irresistable force translated to the mundane.

So...that's the challenge. Do you know?

Does anyone?

Well, the WD40 sticks to the duct tape, and does not move in relation to the duct tape. However, both the WD40 and relatively stationary duct tape will move in relation to everything else.

I think.

WD-40 dissolve the adhesive on duct tape. I know this for a fact.

WD-40 trumps duct tape.

Except if a person was really quick they could duct tape the can of WD-40 to the wielder's hand pointing back at them so they wouldn't spray it.

Yeah? Well you have pyramids in your avatar.

And your point is?

The point is on the pyramids.

Now, what if you climbed to the top of the pyramid, taped the duct tape to your posterior, then sprayed with WD40, and tried to slide down...

You would get hurt.

Not if you disconnected all your nerve endings first.

You would still probably be seriously injured, but it wouldn't hurt.
