Hello everybody!

Hi there. I came across this forum while looking for someplace that supported free thought. Didn't have to look to hard and this community seems well developed so I decided I'd join.

Just a little background on me:

I grew up as a conservative christian and had very rigid opinions of right and wrong. Everything was black and white for me and the answer to every problem was Jesus (or at least the current popular views of the man). In a nutshell...life sucked. About 9 months ago I came across a guy named Jordan Maxwell (http://www.jordanmaxwell.com/) and he had some interesting opinions on religion, life, and history.

Ever since then I've been searching for the truth and feel like my life's journey is just beginning. Hmm, yeah...I also like music. Hehe.

The trick (IMO) is not to strive to fill any God-shaped hole that may seem to be present in your life. Just while away the time till the hole heals up naturally.
