Riches v. Vick (http://www.abovethelaw.com/2007/07/lawsuit_of_the_day_vicks_a_def.php#more)

Some of the comments are hysterical.

It's the Iran-Vicktra scandal! I love how he wants his $63 billion dollars, backed by gold and silver, no less, delivered to the front gates to the Williamsburg Federal Correctional, his current domicile courtesy of a fraud conviction.

For relief, Plaintiff seeks $63,000,000,000 billion dollars backed by gold and silver...
...as objectivists and libertarians around the country file amicus briefs.

Jonathan Riches is my new favorite guy!

Here's an article on that other suit mentioned in the comments. (http://www.citypaper.net/articles/2006-04-13/fineprint2.shtml) I haven't read the full thing yet, but any lawsuit that names the Wu-Tang Clan, Plato, the Lincoln Memorial, the Waffle House, Tony Danza, and Meals on Wheels as defendants should be a slam dunk.

One of the local yokels here is troubled that all 57 pages worth of defendants are required to file an answer (including, presumably, "Green Bay's Lambeau Field") and is calling for all "frivilous" lawsuits to be "criminalized," and also that the instant plaintiff have time added to his sentence.

Unless the "Jewish Mossad" gets to him first.

It's about damn time Nordic gods and the Ming Dynasty were held accountable.

Not to mention the Constitution and Laws of the United States:

This is a Bivens action, and civil rights violation by the Constitution & Laws of the United States . . . .

He needs to file an amended complaint naming the Constitution and Laws as additional defendants. Getting service might be a little troublesome, though. :D
