Just wanted to say Kudos to whoever encoded the Roman numerals so that when you touch them with your cursor it shows regular numbers. Very cool! :yup:

Start a thread in the Computer forum listing the symptoms, lady cop. Maybe we can help make things suck less even if you need a complete rebuild to fix it all.

P.S. - Just in case you want to know somebody's postcount without having to do a conversion, the arabic numerals are still there in user profiles.

I saw your thread in the computer forum, but your computer is so sick I thought I'd just deal with this specific point here!

It's probably not because of corruption, but because you are using an older or non-standard browser which doesn't recognise the specific html the hover-text uses. If you can't upgrade or replace your browser ... you'll have to join the queue of people waiting for a user-opt-out for this feature! :D
