So I have this french onion dip, and I'm out of chips. I could buy more chips, but since I have eaten enough candy, ice cream, pie, brownies, chips and other unhealthy snacks and desserts in the last couple of weeks to feed an obese elephant, I'm looking at alternatives.

Here's what I have so far:

Potatoes! Baked or mashed, either way onion dip (which is really just onion flavored sour cream) is a natural fit for potatoes.

Okay that's all I have. Any other suggestions?

Celery, raw zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms

I use bread instead of chips for many dips. Maybe as a yummy sammich spread or in a pita.

Use as a topping for Mexican food, quesadillas or something.

I'd also try using it as a filling for an omelete. I've done that with flavored cream-cheese spreads with adequate results.

Should we expect a "What to do with leftover chips?" thread sometime soon? :D

When it comes to chip leftovers, it's tuna casserole or nothing.

P.S. - Love your new av, Skeptoid.

Alternatively, you can simply dip the chips in a huge tub of mayo. Mmmmmmm.

Agreed! Kid Notorious is awesome.

Oh yeah? Well I know what your Secret Santa sent you. Yup. Sure do. Know all about it. What do you have to say about that?

Damn, you fight dirty.

I assure you there's no correlation between my mayo-themed posts and your stubborn refusal to reveal Secret Santa information to me through PMs.

I just really like mayo. Really. :innocent2:
