OK, so I've decided that I need to go back to school next year. I'm starting the arduous process of sifting through various places to obtain financial aid, cause I sure as hell can't do this on my own. Anybody got any advice or companies I should check out that may be able to help out a homeowner that seemingly makes too much to get much aid?

Also, anyone good at algebra that can suggest a learning tool for someone who just doesn't get it?

Well, first you should prolly get an unsubsidized Stafford loan from the gubmint. Linky to the FAFSA application web site. (http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/) Then if you need more $$ than that, you can get a loan from a private lender.

You might earn too much to get "free" money thrown at you, but for sure you can borrow. That's how I funded law school.

I'm in the same boat, FAFSA covered about half and now I'm working to find other places (Sallie May and BofA are two places I'm checking into) to get me loans (right now the other half is being payed by my stocks).

What, does Chuck have some secret financial aid mojo-tricks that he won't disclose publicly?

Where's the love, Chuck? Teach us in the thread.
