Scoring a hit on your opponent momentarily disables their tank, hit them enough times, you get control of their tank.

Cool. I saw something similar in Dick Smith Electronics today. An R/C police and getaway car. When close enough, the police car can shoot an immobilising ray at the getaway car. For $100 it looked like a cool toy for me for Xmas. I mean for my boys. Not me. My boys.
