On this PC (Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 7.0.6000.16546) the bottom row of pixels in :shakegummibear: flickers on and off as the smiley animates :(
Also true for several other of the new 'shake' smilies:
:shakebat: :shakecursor: :shakeshake: :shakecookie: :shakecheese: :shakepineapple: :shakemilk:

I've discovered how to fix that, but it's a solution I hate. I have to set the smilies in a larger canvas, leaving at least a 2 pixel border of blankness all the way around the perimeter. That makes them misalign in posts which makes me :sadcheer:.
I wish there were some other way to fix them, but I have yet to uncover it.

The only way to fix it is to lynch Bill Gates. :mob:
They look fine in Firefox. Incident closed: user error. Replace user and continue.
