I am renting a house in jefferson georgia.
a great old house
hard wood floors and 4 fireplaces
3 bedrooms 2 bath
and although my brother is my roommate technically, I generally have the house to myself.
hard wood floors and marble countertops in the kitchen
more cabinet space than I could ever use
windows that are six feet tall.

hardwood floors throughout the house
just a point of clarification
a ceiling fan in every room except for 2
the kitchen doesnt have a ceiling fan, it has 2
and the dining room has a chandelier
I dont think I need a dining room, but a pool table would be nice and the room is easily large enough to accomodate a nine foot table
I will take some pics at some point.
shit I have alot to say
am I boring you guys yet?

Sounds way too classy for you. You should hang some disco balls or hunting decoys or some of those deodorant christmas tree thingies from the chandelier or something.

no doubt
I am scoring some kickass camel poiint of purchase stuff
they have that great roaring 20's advertising campaign and some of the signage is very badass
also I am scoring some loaner furniture from my friend sam. all of her shit is in storage and the loaner furniture will include more disturbing paintings by her.
did I mention that my half of the rent is less then 400 dollars and that there is a pool in the backyard,
the pool does need a liner but it should be ready by summer.
I plan to get drunk in the pool between now and then.

and yes the clarification was for the pedantic among us. the original sentence says that the kitchen has hardwood floors.
I didnt want to start fucking with liv's sensibilities until at least post 3 on my return.

Are you telling me the total rent for such a place is under 1000? Hells Bells, Bey, will they sell it...put partial rent towards down payment?

total rent is only 750
and I dont know if they will sell it
but sams mom told her that she would help sam buy a house if she lived at home whilel she completed independent study on the last 2 classes she needs for graduation. sam is considering being a roommate after all it is a decent size house. and my brother is thinking about buying it as well.
the property actually has 2 apartments on it. over the garage and in what used to be the poolhouse.

Actually this pedant noticed that the OP said:
hard wood floors and 4 fireplaces (implying hardwood floors throughout the house)
and
hard wood floors and marble countertops in the kitchen (apparently redundant)
Which made your "hard wood floors throughout the house" comment in your next post redundant redundancy.
