With a new motherboard....and they replaced the top case bit that was ever so slighly "off" but not really and I never even mentioned.

I have to say I'm terrible impressed with HP and the service I've recieved, even if they did set my hard drive back to just out of the box specs and I have to go through and redo everything my way :D
