Critical Thinking project. Thing. Anyone interested in helping?

Not meaning to be too vague, but I got an email from someone (not a scam, I know who he is) who is looking to develop an online teacher ---> student critical thinking repository thing.

He's looking for 1) a webmaster to help develop the site; and 2) contributions of exercises and other material to help students develop critical thinking skills. There is no pay, this would be strictly voluntary.

So, is anyone interested? Or know anyone else who would be?

I could probably come up with something. What does Critical Thinking mean to your friend, though? Not all approaches to the topic are compatable.
