The idiot Governor of SD took down the State Library's website and took off a link to teenwire.com (a sexual health website for teens, run by Planned Parenthood).
Take a look at this (http://www.argusleader.com/news/Thursdayarticle1.shtml), and this (http://www.plannedparenthood.org/extreme/040715_teenwire.html).
What is wrong with this fucking state?! This is the same god damn state that has big outmigration problems with its young people.
"Oh my god! Sex is icky! Anything even remotely pleasurable is a sin! Why would you want information on sex, you dirty, filthy little beast!"
"Hey, wait! Why are you moving out of the state?"
I'm absolutely fucking livid right now. I'm going to calm down and compose a letter to the fuckstick whom I am unfortunate enough to have as my Governor.

We have similar shit going on in Ohio. "Let's teach Intelligent Design, cut back on sex ed, and ban gay marriages!"
"What? All the smart people are leaving the state? What's going on??"
Morons.

Okay...
Excellent idea, Goliath. Stop. Think. Cool down.
I'd bet that the state librarian is in contact with ALA and it's attorneys as we speak. If not, I'd recommend that you, and any of your neighbors or fellow citizens of SD that you can convince, visit your local library and request information on how to contact the ALA and ACLU attorneys. Write an open letter to these organizations making it clear why you are strenuously opposed to the unconstitutional actions the governor has taken. Send it to the governor (where it will be intercepted as just another of many letters and pretty much ignored)...
Then, send a copy to each of the above organizations and their local chapters in SD.
Then, send a copy to your widest circulation newspaper and list them as a cc: on the letter, noting that it is acceptable that it (or an approved edit) may be published as a letter to the editor.
Keep the letter incisive, succinct and to the point and without invective. State your case clearly why the action is illegal, immoral and ignorant.
Convince as many fellow SD'ns as possible to do the same.

If all the smart people are leaving Ohio and SD, then where are they moving?
It's not California, we elected the "Gubernator".
If teaching "Creation Science" is any indication, it's not Kansas, Nebraska, Michigan, Arizona, or New Mexico. All these states are debating (or have recently debated) whether to give equal time to Intelligent Design. That politicians would waste their time on this nonsense says something about their constituancy and I think it's, "They are not that clever."
Someone fill me in so I can join the migration.

But there is a big difference between "considering" and "adopting" it. Consider away--Ohio did in 2002, and it was defeated at the time. This latest mess was done without most politicians--it was a stealthy insert by the State board of education.
Someone fill me in so I can join the migration.
I'm guessing they're going out east with all the other "liberals."
