I generally listen to stuff through the www.shoutcast.com portal.
This one - http://www.boombasticradio.com/ - is particularly cool, I think.
What do you listen to on the internets?

I listen to XM Radio Online. I love it! ('Course, I love their satellite radio service, too. I'm their slave.)

I used to listen to Yahoo's Launchcast radio. I liked it because you could program it to suit your individual taste. However it does not work on Firefox. Looking for something new so I'll check out your link.

I used to listen to grooveradio.com but then my WMP started bugging out and I haven't been able to get it to work since. People on this board won't help me fix it because they think my music isn't good enough and it makes their ears bleed, especially luna (http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=31755&postcount=7).

Thank you! NZ art (http://www.artfind.co.nz/cgi-bin/WebObjects/ArtFind.woa/1/wa/publicView?seekType=4&siteCode=artfind&applicationNumber=1&mediaCat=pntgfca&artistDetailLevel=2000&entityName=Artist&artistPageNumber=1), of course.

I thought Launchcast was pay radio? I use Mozilla, but just always assumed Launchcast wasn't free?
I'll give it a go. Just as soon Boombastic Radio plays something I really don't like. So far, though, their tunes fit these sweaty summer days perfectly.

Oops, sorry; I lost my mind there for a second:
XM Radio Online (http://www.xmradio.com/xstream/service/account/index.jsp)
It offers a three-day trial but after that you have to put up or shut up. Oh, and I can't get it to work under Firefox. It's one of the few things I still use MSIE for.

I'm bumping this thread out of sheer petulance.
I listen to Live365, usually Red Blood Radio, but currently Dark Nation Radio due to a really cool song list.
Some of the song names are amusing too.
Bella Morte, "The Coffin Don't Want Me (and She Don't Either)"
Rome Burns, "Non Specific Ghost Story"
Scary Bitches, "Piss All Over Your Grave"
The Brickbats, "Do the Dead Girl"
The Deep Eynde, "She Likes Skulls"

I used to listen to LaunchCast but then my company changed the firewall and now it is blocked. I then switched to shoutcast as listed above but it gets too many requests frequently so I end up going directly to the source: www.digitallyimported.com which has all my favorite stuff. :)

I used to get Launchcast free with my isp portal but now they changed their conditions so I'm back to basic launchcast. But I did discover a great internet radio station which brought back memories of original FM underground stations. Radio Paradise.

Well I rarely listen to it online unless I'm overseas cos I can listen to it on the radio here, but www.triplej.net.au is the only station I would listen to.

If I could find an internet radio broadcast that played King Crimson, I'd be there!

Sometimes when there's a radio conflict in my house (it happens a lot) I put on my headphones and listen to TripleJ (http://triplej.abc.net.au) streaming broadcasts. It's just easier than fighting over who has what radio on, especially when my computer is near the kitchen/dining area.

Air America is pretty cool. I listened to it a lot during the election cycle, but I’ve kind of, well, just forgotten about it.
