I am feeling pretty good this morning, as I did the whole time away. No signs of jetlag so far :crossed: Definitely a long way to go for just a couple of days but we had a lot of fun.

Heh, nice pix. I looked at them & kept saying to myself "I've been there!". Glad you enjoyed the weekend.

Hi James, we passed through Paisley a few times and I thought of you. Widget used to spend many a night at the Watermill Hotel.

Thanks for having decent weather for us.

:cheer: for piccies!

I've flown over Scotland once on the way to Germany. I should drop in next time.

:chin:

Lemme rephrase that...

You'd be welcome if you did come, Uthgar! I wonder, however, if the "natives" would survive the onslaught! :giggle:

I don't think I've ever been to Glasgow. Edinburgh lots of times; Inverness, Aviemore, Ardnamurchan, Tobermory, ... But not Glasgow.

Thanx for pix!

Don't sweat it, Legs! I'm not too fond of Glasgow either! Or Paisley for that matter. Inverness isn't a particularly "pretty" town, though. Perth is quite nice, especially down by the River Tay., and so is Dunkeld.

Is that the place where donuts come from?

Tons. Old Victorian style with crypts and everything. You'd love them! :)

If they had originated in Scotland they would be called Duncan Donuts.
