I went to the store today for some valentines stuff and there was like 3 aisles of easter chocolate bunnies, roosters etc. I was so confused at first as I thought it was valentines chocolate and I actually stood there a picked out the cutest items. Then as I made my way to the cashier with 2 chocolate bunnies I thought, wait a minute :chin:

So I went back and looked again and sure enough it was easter and there were no valentines novelties to be found. I put the bunnies back and eventually located the VD section next to the Christmas clearance. :yup:

They sure don't waste any time.

OK, I am seriously dating myself here, but when did "VD" migrate from venereal disease to valentine's day? Talk about misreading a thread title......

I'm sure I'm not that old, and VD still means venerial disease for me, too. Took me a bit to get the chocolate bunny connection.

I was thinking venerial disease too. I was thinking some kind of animal testing thread...heh...

I better go get some candy hearts before they disappear.

Gotta go with venereal disease. Um. I mean. That's what I thought VD stood for in the title too.

But on the actual topic, I'm not really much of a Valentine's kind of girl, but I definitely think a chocolate rooster would be a totally romantic present.

Would a chocolate cock suffice?

Same here... I was thinking "Why hasn't this been redirected to the science forum, those damn slackers...".

Pervs. I immediately thought "Valentine's Day." But then, I just celebrated the best one of my life with Jess, and I like bunnies too much to ever think of experimenting on them, so.... :D

I had to do a double-take there WinAce. I thought I saw "...I celebrated the best one of my life with Jesus."

I like bunnies too. (http://www.pelfreez-foods.com/)

Thanks for the link, warrenly. It had some great suggestions. Instructions: Pound rabbit between sheets of waxed paper until thin... (http://www.pelfreez-foods.com/recipes.ihtml?recipeid=27&step=2) Hmm...interesting idea, although he actually needs to gain weight. :P

When I see the title to this thread I got the mental image of a bunch of bunnies picketing with signs that say "We want VD!" haha ha...well it was funny to me. :ptht:

Hasenpfeffer? I immediately thought of Bugs Bunny when I saw this on the list!

Oh, I thought the title was referring to Veterans Day! :P
