I rarely dream, and when on the odd occasions I actually do, they're lost almost immediately when I wake. :sad:

I rarely sleep too. Both are consequences of the anoxic brain injury I suffered.

Medication can help with both problems, but I don't want to become addicted again, so I refrain. Been there, suffered through that, and won't go back. It's better to not sleep or dream than to deal with the monkey on my back of an addiction to sleep medications.
