I got this from a thread on SC and decided it was just too hilarious not to spread around. Check out this eBay auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7135441836) and the disclaimers the vendor had to put up in order to sell the outer bits of bullets (pardon my appallingly ignorant terminology) without eBay taking down the auction or suspending his account.
He includes the emails which brought this all about underneath the disclaimer. Very much worth the read, imo.
