FireSomething (http://www.cosmicat.com/extensions/firesomething/): An extension for firefox that recognizes and makes fun of mosaic/mozilla/netscape/firebird/firefox's inability to settle on a damn name. Renames your browser every time you open a new window.

Today, mine has decided to be 'Mozilla HugeCanary'. What's your firesomething?

I went to install that extension and it looked like it installed (along with Shockwave) but when I restarted nothing was different and it didn't show up on the extensions list. So I went to re-install it and I got a message saying it's an invalid installation package. :chin:

Very weird, dunno what to tell you. At least your setup's fine otherwise.

I notice it says it's compatible with 1.0PR, but no mention of 1.0 (which I'm using). Maybe that's the problem.

I am using the latest version of Firefox, but the Firesomething for the new Firefox isn't compatible and the Firesomething for the old Firefox is compatible. Wierd.
