Okay, this will amuse you.
I started to translate this. Got as far as pasting it into an editor:
01001000
01100001
01110000
01110000
01111001
00100000
01000010
01101001
01110010
01110100
01101000
01100100
01100001
01111001
00100001
And said "Oh, it says happy birthday".
I have spent too much of my time buried in hex editors, haven't I...

I figured it said Happy Birthday, compared the letters for a, p and y to see that they were the same numbers, and concluded that I was correct.

I saw the doubled letter and it was obvious -- partially because so many cases are easy (H has only one content-bit set, if you treat 0x20 and 0x40 as category bits). So it's obvious that you have
Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx!
and then you can just fill in a couple of letters.

I won't send you a bimbo but a model along these lines should work:

I'll send a box with the parts and prints. You'll have to assemble her yourself but that should be no problem at all.

I tried to come up with something both witty and suitably geeky but failed so have a "Happy Birthday seebs! " instead.
