Official: GTFI Chat Thread

For those not in the know, and :glare: at you for not, there's a new chat in town. And it is awesome. Alas, for now, there is no indicator when anyone is chatting. Allow me to provide a relief for such an oversight! (I being your friendly neighborhood BrotherMan am all too happy to oblige.)

Also in this thread are some easy to know instructions for first timers.

AJAX chat is like any regular IRC client. You can use /nick to change your name (be aware that your new name will have parenthesis around it) and * BrotherMan to perform whatever lewd emote you care to try.

To get a persistent color you can click on the http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/ajaxchat/img/pixel.gif button and select the persistent color option.

Standard BBCode applies. You can squeeze in URLs and even images (they will be resized).

The great :superliv: has replaced the Yahoo! smilies with some of our choicest from the horde.

I think those are the commonest questions. Now then, with that out of the way...
