Okay, I'm totally spamming every forum with this, sorry...anyhoo, it looks like I'm going to have some kind of fiesta at my place on June 25th. It's being planned primarily with the Iowa secularist group, but I'm inviting people from all over, so don't let the non-theist thing stop you; all are welcome. For those of you who don't know my geographic location, I'm in eastern Iowa in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids corridor, but I'd love to meet anyone in the general vicinity. I'll update this as it gets closer to that time but I just wanted to throw a date out there to let anyone who thinks they could make it start to plan.

2 additional reasons for you to celebrate on June 25th.
- It is the anniversry of Custer's last stand. (Okay, poor taste I know, but what the Hell.)
- It is 6 months apart from Christmas, thus being the Anti-Christmas, so to speak.
- speaking of which; it is the birthday of a very bad man.

I probably won't be able to make it if I'm still here in Texas, but the way my life goes only God knows where I'll be living in June.

No,no,no, this would be a truly awful person that I am talking about. You are a midwesterner, but I'm afraid that is a forgivable offense. The person I have in mind makes people shreak in terror simply by walking into the room.

Nope. June 25th isn't my birthday, either.

I might be able to make it down, seeing as I'm in a neighboring state and all. Might even be able to bring a keg of homebrew if you want.

Love to have you. And sure, bring the keg! What would an infidel gathering be without the promise of debauchery? ;)

More significance of 6/25 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_25). Apparently it is the anti-Xmas! And you just thought you were being funny, Brim!
If I lived in that area, I would so be there. Sounds like it'll be fun and some of my favorite online folk will be there. i hope you guys have fun!:)
