As bragged about on this recent topic at II's Lounge (http://www.iidb.org/vbb/showthread.php?t=118145), Jessica/One for Sorrow took me to her home town of Grants Pass in Oregon recently. We had the time of our lives (well, one of them, anyway--all of the time I spend with her is the time of my life), and took a ton of gorgeous and cute photos.

Our favorite photo of the whole lot, taken in the secluded and beautiful California Redwood Forest. Not a single insect or other critter bothered us as we walked along, admiring the huge trees, streams, fallen ancient logs, and so on.

Us both at Lost Creek reservoir; we spent over an hour just sitting at a picnic table, admiring this beach for as long as possible. It was one of the most spectacular views I'd seen to date.
