The hat, crop, mitre and staff are just accessories? They don't represent any kind of power and control to you? It's just about how you look? What about what you can do with these things? In fact, is this whole board just an accessory for you?

Wait. You can do things with a mitre? Like what? I mean, the staff is bound to be handy on the hiking trail, but other than look pretty, I really don't see what that mitre's going to do for me.

The mitre is required because when you finally go to the big Beyond your successor as Pope will need it to be a sign from above that you let them take over your old job. :chin: :yup:

Erm... Wha?

At any rate, I'm not letting anyone take over my job, durnitall. The Church lives and dies with me. So I have spoken; so shall it be.

More infallible words have never been spoken. Do you get to take the chattels with you? Some collection plates are made of gold, silver, brass etc.
Whoa? Shit! When they bury you and you take all this stuff with you you'll probably have a whole bunch of Mt. Everests on every continent if you take the masonry with you too.

Should the metals be a patina over the mountains or in a lump in the middle of the mountains? Your wish is our command oh infallible one.

Between the Left Atrium and the Right Atrium of the heart lies the Bicuspid or Mitral Valve. It gets its name from the fact that whoever named it thought it looked like a bishop's mitre.

When I was learning human anatomy, my instructor told me that it's easy to remember the Mitral Valve is in the left side of the heart, because a bishop's never in the right.

Cheers,

Michael
