How long was it between me first loading something into the gallery to having a comment about it for the forum administration?
It would be cool if the "Direct Link Code:" and "BB Image Code:" worked like this: click in the edit box and the entire text is selected. Click on the label and the entire text is selected and put on the clipboard. After all, what's it going to be used for except copied and pasted elsewhere? Purpose-built photo boards like photobucket do this kind of thing. Should be hackable.
But there's a problem: I wrote a post in the main boards linking to my pictures, and I find the link code is wrong:
http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/gallery/files/6/5/PICT0284a.JPG&c=3&userid=65
It should be
http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/gallery/files/6/5/PICT0284a.JPG (this works, anyway).
Plus, if you use the [ thread ] tag in a gallery reply, it points to for example http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/gallery/showthread.php?t=2358 where it should point to http://www.freethought-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2358

Not long. :)

I've seen bbcode text fields that act like that, but I can't find one to emulate at the moment. I'll keep looking.

I found a fix for that at the vBAdvanced site and implemented it just now.

I've reported this issue and will probably have a fix shortly.
Thanks. :)

As expected, Brian provided a fix for this already.
I'm still working on the first suggestion.

Okay... I screwed up.
I thought I'd finished uploading the pix to the Tashkent file in ToT, but I just cruised through them and realize I'd left out two pix I'd wanted to include of the Barak Madrasseh.
Is there any means of inserting those two into the existing file? Unless there is, I see what needs doing is removing everything back down to the first four pix and start all over. Slow going, but it can be done.
Possible to insert, in the place of my choice within the file, pix?

I don't see any way of doing it short of editing the database directly, and even then I'm not sure I could do it without messing something up. Looks like you'll have to add them out of order (probably the best choice) or as you said, delete back to the first four.
Sorry. :(

That's alright... I always figure as much and am pleasantly surprised when it's not the case. Always the cyberdoofus, am I.
I think I'll plunge on with the project, note this omission and come back to correct it later.
Thanks for checking, anyway.
