I was allowed to do a teleconference for my court room date which saved me a 2nd trip to Kentucky. Most of my charges are dropped save a $350 fine.

then I'm out legal fees, a horrid number I wont comment on. exept to say that you don't need any banjo music in the background to get ass raped in Kentucky... nope, all you need is an attorney who charges by the hour

well if you consider being unable to afford travel south of the boarder for the foreseeable future, yes. thats one way keep Canadian riff Raff out of the states. stick em with so many legal fees they cant afford to come back

other than that no, with most of the charges dropped. there is no actual record or anything.

well, lesson learned with minor casualties
when you consider how ugly it might have
become...

as far as taking a whiz off the balcony
in some states they can actually nail you
for indecent exposure which, in some of
those states, is considered a sex crime

yes even though i know better, I'm a rural BC boy. I spent many years in the hills watering trees and soaking fence posts with pee when ever my heart desired.

The cabin i spent most of my youthful summers at had no running water or electricity. just a smelly hole in the ground, and a water jack that was a couple minute drive up the road.. so we commonly peed off one side of our porch. not that grandma wouldn't scold gramps my dad and the rest of us for it.

so after living the good life for so long , walking that extra 5 feet to a nice clean washroom to rid yourself of a half dozen beer can seem tedious at best.especially so if your into your 2nd or third half dozen. (we were drinking bud light so its not like we were wasted or anything, may as well have been drinking water)

Anyways, a colleague who spent time with dealing with 'mericans under arrest in foreign countries quipped that he wasted a lot of time explaining that, no, the US Constitution does not apply to, say, Canuckistan or even Luxemborough. That and setting fire to farm animals during sex is not exactly legal either in
USA!USA!USA!USA!

Further, he could not complain if "they" hung said 'merican upside-down over the Slug Pit IF they also hung their own citizens over the Slug Pit. And, you know, if you travel to someplace--like Canuckistan where they dial emergency numbers during hockey games because their player flopped too realistically that time do not actually like Seinfield do not expect them to suddenly change their laws/culture because you decided that because "the law don't apply to me in 'merica it don't apply here!"

Not that you, Dingfod or Pyrrho are arguing otherwise: just a general observation.
