I'm sad to report that we're going to have to remove the Indiana Jones in Odd World game. It seems the original authors did not give permission for it to be converted and distributed for v3arcade and have therefore requested that it be deleted from all boards. Our apologies go out to all players, particularly to champions zoe and Hugo (aka lunachick).

To make up for the pain, we're going to be providing some methadone in the form of more Yeti Sports games (it's not just for pingus anymore) and a new conversion of the classic Donkey Kong. We hope that's cool with all y'all.

No loss, that was a horribly poor game anyway, they probably didn't want it released because it was so bad.

I don't have an opinion about it though.

Yeah, I can't say I was a huge fan either. The author apparently made a bunch of games I didn't like much and therefore never installed (phew); I just liked the idea of Indiana Jones in Odd World so much I installed it despite its many flaws.

He sent a rather furious all caps email to a guy who had several of them installed demanding their immediate removal. A few follow-up emails confirmed that Mr. www.mausland.de wanted all v3arcade owners to do the same, so we're really ahead of the game with our single uninstall.

I think "Adventure" was more interesting (you know, the text only version?)

Except the one I played had a programming glitch and I couldn't get past the ravine and the bear. It sucked.
