Chat room issues.

I used to be able to post in the chat room when it was in its happy blue format, but i can't anymore. I get the red face background and I can see the title "The Lounge" and I can see the word "add" and I can even see other people posting, but I can't see anything else and am unable to post.

I get the "your browser doesn't play well with activision" message so it's probably a fault at my end but I USED to be able to participate and now I can't and I believe that's disciminatory.

Try this, Roo: login to chat as normal, click on Options-Effects and check off the box which says all incoming text should be in the color you picked. Maybe it's just as simple as some colors sucking for you. If that fixes it, you can play with colors later.

Naw, I don't even have an options/effects option come up. I think the problem is a little more deep-seeded than that. I thought there might have been some easy programming solution to allow for loser flash versions like mine to participate, but if not, it's aight, I'm sure I'll survive.

I'm sorry, roo. We in the service refer to your inability to participate in the upgraded chatroom "collateral damage". You might try going to the source (http://www.tufat.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2821) of the chat software and digging up a solution that will work for you if you can't download the latest version of Flash, but I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. Sorry chum. :(
