I'm testing my chef'n ability, folks. Give me a list of 10 random things in your fridge. Yeah, 10. I'll take each list, and try to figure out one or two courses from what you've given me - and if my ideas sound edible, I might even post 'em.
I'm gearing up for an exam which I'm going to have in about three months. You guessed it: they throw 10 ingredients at you and say "hey, make us some stuff, yo."
Oh, and please don't make it all condiments or milk and relish or something. Yick.

I am not sure I've GOT ten things in my fridge! But here's some of what I have got..
large piece of brisket
sheep's cheese (okay I've eaten all that but it was there till recently and i am running out of ideas)
red and green chillis in oil (ditto recently eaten)
a rather tired looking leek
Carling Black Label
Bellingham Johannesburger, white wine
peach and orange juice
"cranberry cooler" juice
sparkling grape juice
What can you make from that? A party!
I'll look in the other fridge shortly ...

oh yeah I forgot to add beer.. i have beer in my fridge!
I remember seeing an episode of ready steady cook once where one of the contestants brought in just a packet of crisps and a bottle of beer .. one other thing I think, can't remember what. And the chef actually made a meal of it, though he cheated a bit.
