New smilie request

Seeing a quote by livius, "Everyone is talking out of their asses," made me think how cool it would be to have a smilie of that. Two smilies, facing back to back with word balloons coming out of their asses would be a useful in so many situations.

I recall seeing an empty sign emote that went under a colored box made to look like the sign...I'll bet the same thing could be applied here.
