I want to start a nomination thread today, but it came to my attention that there is something wrong with this category. Specifically that these guys are in it: :spock2: :scotty: :sulu: :chapel: :kirk: :mccoy: :uhura: :chekov: Shouldn't they be in celebrity inpersonators?

And shouldn't these guys be in C & C: :WWIFA: :snoopy2:

Whatcha think, liv?

Snoopy is not in C & C?

Those two Snoops are in Celebrity Impersonators.

The Snoopies are definitely a mistake (which I shall correct posthaste), but I put the Treks in C&C on purpose 'cause they're characters from the cartoon version of Star Trek. I'm more than glad to move them, however, if y'all think it would make more sense.

I think it would make sense to move 'em.

:yup: :yeahthat:

With the exception of hoff, smilies are cartoony by nature. So while ST: TAS was a good place to go for smilie celebrity impersonations of the life-action characters, they shouldn't be relagated to cartoondom for the rest of their lives.

ETA: Dunno how that applies to the Batman characters. You'd have to ask whoever has their handle as a keyword for those.

You make a good argument, Ensign. The ST's are now in Celebrity Impersonators where they belong. :thankee:

Batman would be eldar's call, but I'm pretty sure he's happy with them where they are.

Batman was originally a comic, so it makes perfect sense in C & C.

Good point, Crumb. That, and the animated series kicks the shit out of the movies. Stupid Jerry Bruckheimer.
