Sauron and others, question on the Hadiths

It has been claimed that a hadith, the bukhari, has a story something like that Mohammed murdered the family of a young girl and decided to marry her, and that the young girl (safiyah) was thus forced to spend the rest of her life having sex with the man who killed her family.

How true is this claim ?
Please fill me in on as much background as possible, thanks.

Sorry, Gurdur, I don't know that Hadith all that well (well, not at all). I would think that in the seventh century, a prize of war might expect such treatment in most places in the world. Please correct any misunderstanding upon my part, but I was given to understand that slave owners could freely take such advantage of slaves.
