I hope the latter isn't really the case, but if it is I apologize. I remember that you asked me moons ago to let you know when we went live, and if I forgot it's not because I didn't have every intention of doing so. :(

Hello friends! Tom, put all other emotions out of your mind; go with the joy (mutual) that I've made my way here. Thanks for the welcome, also, 'fish. I am fine, and really glad to be here. I have been working a lot lately. I had a couple of major projects in the first half of the year, but they don't count as anything, statistically, toward my performance goals. So I have a LOT of ground to make up. OTOH, I did take a week off at the beginning of July, which was really NECESSARY. I've felt much better since then. I haven't quite hit all my numbers for this month, but I've been functioning well and making very good progress, so I am hopeful to get very close to my targets by the end of the year. Lots of late nights and weekends. Otherwise, I have been breaking in the swimming pool at my new house. I am functionally a nonswimmer, so it has been really good for me to get more comfortable in the water, as well as really fun to cool off in the heat! My kitty is fine; she has adjusted well to her new home. What she doesn't know is that she is going to get a canine little brother or sister in the next year. Tomorrow (Sat 8/28) I'm being taken to the Angels game by my 3 brothers to celebrate my birthday. So, all in all, life is fine right now. If only politics wasn't so frightening.
