Without warning, he becomes aware of a particularly remarkable mushroom close by. This happens to him again and as if this neural overload wasn't enough, he is then shocked to be confronted by a fighteningly animated snake. The snake punctuates the experience by its shock value and plays a vital role in the dramatic tension of the story.

Do you think :snake: comes remotely close to achieving what I'm trying to accomplish?

The slave trader starts offering them as part of a package with another very snobby slave. Asterix says something to the snobby slave and the snobby slave responds to Asterix as I responded to you. Solid gold!
