Fallacies for debates that aren't even debates (http://skepticalcommunity.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=2173).

Example:
The "I'm going to debate you no matter what" fallacy. I think this is straw man, but there's no real debate happening so how could it be?
A: Puppies are cute.
B: I never said that I disagreed with that.
A: I never said that you said you disagreed with that.
B: Then why did you bring it up?
A: I was just stating a fact.
B: Why did you assume I didn't already know that fact already?
