There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Welcome to FF, mighty one. :welcome1:
P.S. - :shakefist: @ Ymir's blood.

Boro Nut! :D
Your opening post cracked me up - I called a Korean guy yesterday about his advertising, and he said "Awmygod! Is it that time again! How time fries!" I had to try rillyrilly hard not to burst out laughing on the phone. Bless him.
Anyway...great to see you here.

I like Chinese. Their zen, their ping pong, their yin and yangese.
Welcome.
And I like Ensign Steve...for quoting one of my favorite Python tunes:
"I like Chinese food.
The waiters never are rude.
Think of the many things they've done to impress.
There's Maoism, Taoism, I Ching, and Chess.
So I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
I like their tiny little trees,
Their Zen, their ping-pong, their yin, and yang-ese.
I like Chinese thought,
The wisdom that Confucious taught.
If Darwin is anything to shout about,
The Chinese will survive us all without any doubt.
So, I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees,
Yet they're wise and they're witty, and they're ready to please.
All together.
[verse in Chinese]
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Ni hao ma; ni hao ma; ni hao ma; zaijien! (How are you; how are you; how are you; goodbye!)
I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
Their food is guaranteed to please,
A fourteen, a seven, a nine, and lychees.
I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
I like their tiny little trees,
Their Zen, their ping-pong, their yin, and yang-ese.
I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees...

And may I offer this laurel :caesar: and hearty handshake :handshake: to Boro Nut. Welcome aboard!
BTW: This thread title reminds me of my hing-dai (Chinese!). Can anyone tell me why?

Thanks for the fullsome welcome. I see there are a few familiar faces here. I hope this wont spoil any fishing expeditions.
I may not be around much. I'm a bit under the weather at the moment. I've just come out of hospital after having another testicle removed.

Hi Boro Nut,
I'm glad to see you here. And I'm glad to see that you brought your sense of humor with you from IIDB.
When I was really bummed out, I'd do a search on your posts for some laughs.
I hope to see you around here more.

How many is that now?
Four I think. I know the butcher warned me but I just can't bring myself to chew them properly.
I'm not sure who's idea it was to call them sweetbreads either. Probably the same bloke who came up with creation science. They aren't sweet and they're nothing like the bread I make chip butties with, I can tell you that. The best way I can describe them is as like fried testicles. But they're a pleasant change from udder when the tripe is sold out.

I think alternate mornings saves energy but still gets the point across.
