I'm pleased you've made your killer mirror image avatar, ceptimus. Your JREF av has been a favorite of mine for ages.

vB 3 makes capturing the perfect image a bit harder, I think, - especially since the online/offline ball thingie makes the mirror image inconsistent (unless you like hidden mode) - but I think it lends a certain surreal air that is quite fetching.

Thanks! :) Unfortunately, I couldn't think of a way to make it line up properly for all browsers. I tried to get it right for the default IE settings as, regrettably, that has the highest number of users. In the Linux browser I use (Konqueror) it's out of alignment, and the font is wrong :fuming: I'll have to see what it looks like in Firefox and Mozilla - maybe I can tweak it a bit yet. :)

I hesitate to bring this up, but have you by any chance considered that members here have the option of viewing posts in the old vb 2 user info in a column on the left format? I hate to be a buzzkill, but I really don't see any way around that conundrum.

Actually it doesn't look too bad that way either. It's not a mirror image directly below, but kinda diagonally. :)

Whoa! That's pretty trippy. Put your thang down flip it and re-verse it. And now that vm has moved the online/offline indicator to the right of the username, the full coolness of the flip-reverse can be seen.
