If Hell existed, I bet there is a special place there for these people, complete with only yellow toilet water.
It sounds so government like it's scary. Ok, so the healthier you are, the more willing they are to help you get better. I'm sure that makes perfect sense to someone in a suit (Who is currently playing a government paid round of golf while his secretary helps him embezzle from the company.)

Should I ask how you knew the flavor of the toilet water? ;) :D
